Deine Mission:
Als (Senior) Software Engineer - PHP & Platform Management (gn) verantwortest du den Aufbau, Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform und bringst deine Expertise in cross-funktionale IT-Komponenten ein. Als Berater:in für unsere Scrum Teams und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations-Team sorgst du für eine stabile Infrastruktur und ausreichende Observability durch Analysen und lösungsorientierte Vorschläge.

Achern An unserem innovativen IT-Campus in Achern, unserem Hauptsitz, vereinen wir modernes Arbeiten und nachhaltiges Wohnen am Rande des Schwarzwalds.	Leipzig Unser Büro in Leipzig befindet sich in direkter Zentrumslage und fußläufig nur 1,5 km vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.	Berlin Unser Büro in Berlin befindet sich nur 1,5 km vom Tiergarten entfernt und ist somit in idealer Zentrumslage.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform und zentraler IT-Komponenten
Du bringst deine Expertise innerhalb des Teams in weitere cross-funktionale IT-Komponenten wie beispielsweise API-Gateway, Messaging & Event Management und Identity & Access Management ein 
Du unterstützt unsere Scrum Teams als Berater:in und Enabler für die Nutzung von zentralen Diensten 
Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Operations-Team an einer stabilen Infrastruktur und ausreichend Observability (z.B. Logging, Tracing, Monitoring) 
Du analysierst gemeinsam mit den Architects Bedarfe der funktionalen Teams, setzt Proof of Concepts um und erarbeitest lösungsorientierte Vorschläge für die Weiterentwicklung des Status Quo

Unsere Anforderungen

Du konntest bereits mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung einer Online-Plattform sammeln
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im DevOps-Bereich CI/CD, Pipelines, Observability (Tracing, Logging, Monitoring) und Containerisierung mit Docker
Du besitzt bereits fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in PHP 8 sowie in Symfony oder einem vergleichbaren Framework
Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und dein Interesse dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln, zeichnen dich aus

Nice to have:

Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Bereich cloudbasierter Infrastrukturen, API Gateway, Identity & Access Management und/oder Messaging & Event Management mit

PHP 8 mit PHPStorm als Entwicklungsumgebung
Symfony (5.4 oder höher) als Framework
CI/CD (Jenkins, Bamboo, ..)
Optional: Erfahrung in weiteren Sprachen zur Entwicklung von Pipelines (Bash, Groovy, ..)

Your mission:
As a (Senior) Software Engineer - PHP & Platform Management (gn), you will be responsible for the development, operation and enhancement of our platform and contribute your expertise to cross-functional IT components. As an advisor to our Scrum teams and in cooperation with the Operations team, you will ensure a stable infrastructure and sufficient observability through analysis and solution-oriented proposals.

Achern At our innovative IT campus in Achern, our headquarters, we combine modern working and sustainable living on the edge of the Black Forest.	Leipzig The office in Leipzig is within walking distance, in a direct central location, only 1.5 km from the main train station with excellent connections to the public transport network.	Berlin Our Berlin office is located only 1.5 km from the Tiergarten, and thus in an ideal central location.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the establishment, operation and further development of our platform and central IT components
You contribute your expertise within the team to other cross-functional IT components such as API Gateway, Messaging & Event Management and Identity & Access Management 
You help the functional teams as a consultant and enabler for the use of central services 
You work together with the operations team on a stable infrastructure and sufficient observability (e.g. logging, tracing, monitoring) 
Together with the architects, you analyze needs of the functional teams, implement POCs and develop solution-oriented proposals for improving the status quo

Our requirements

You already have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the operation and further development of an online platform 
You have good knowledge in the DevOps area CI/CD, pipelines, observability (tracing, logging, monitoring) and containerisation with Docker
You bring solid programming skills in PHP8 and Symfony or a comparable framework
You are characterized by your strong communication skills and your interest in constantly developing yourself further

Nice to have:

You have initial experience in the area of cloud-based infrastructure, API Gateway, Messaging & Event Management and/or Identity & Access Management
